Staff was friendly, felt like a boutique hotel in terms of size, room was clean and well appointed, and breakfast had variety. Also, quiet atmosphere.

Facilities looked worn. Breakfast ran out before 10 am, and dining room was hot by breakfast time.

"So schön, dass der Abschied extrem schwer fällt"

Als mehrfacher "Wiederholungstäter" kann ich nur versichern, dass uns das Hotel, das mittlerweile familiären Charakter für meine Frau und mich hat, nach wie vor in jeder Hinsicht begeistert. Extrem freundliches Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet, gute Küche, die Pools, der "Club de la playa" direkt am schönen Strand von Bello Horizonte.

Das einzige, was ich bemängele, ist der zu geringe Stauraum für die Bekleidung (fehlende Schränke und Fächer), vor allem, wenn man wie wir mehrere Wochen dort verbringt. Da wird es unpraktisch, "aus dem Koffer zu leben".

Geräumige und saubere Zimmer, mit schöner Aussicht. Tolle Pools und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Wunderbare Massagen.

Das Internet ist relativ langsam und manchmal ganz weg für einige Zeit. Frühstücksbuffet etwas überschaubar aber was es gibt ist lecker. Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen etwas englisch. Keine englischen Speisekarten vorhanden.

La habitación es muy linda, cómoda, el hotel tiene club de playa, muy buen servicio, el restaurante esta hermoso, excelente opción

Que tengas que pagar la carpa en la playa, debería estar incluida dentro del servicio del hotel y no hay sillas asoleadoras en playa
