May bueno el desayuno y locación excelente.

Todo me gustó pero el gerente del restaurante (Afro Colombiano) le llamó la atención a dos miembros del restaurante. Algo que debe hacerse en privado y no cuando hay huéspedes presente. Eso fue un poco incómodo. Todo el personal del restaurante fue muy amable, cordial y respetuoso. Siempre con una sonrisa y excelente servicio.

El ambiente del hotel y su entorno en general. La ubicación y la amabilidad de la mayoría del personal.

Algunos empleados muy pendientes de propina y sino la recibían su actitud dejaba que desear. En la playa faltaba mayor comodidad,/ servicio para los clientes. Cobraban carpas y su ubicación no era buena y muy precarias.

Habitación muy confortable. Servicio impecable. Personal muy atento en todas las instalaciones. Excelente el menú y servicio en los restaurantes Puerto Galeón y Club de Playa. Delicioso desayuno con muchas opciones. Fabuloso Club de Playa: tranquilo, seguro y con excelente atención.

El desayuno, la cena y la playa

Me molestó que al llegar no me llevaron a la habitación reservada, y me dijeron que de la reservada solo había en el segundo piso, acepté pero el balcón era sucio y sin ninguna vista creo que al llegar te deben dar la habitación que pagaste y no esperar a que reclames, para mí era importante el tamaño de la cama
