"Recomendado en la zona"

El desayuno con gran variedad, la piscina de la azotea muy buena con vista de atardecer, la habitación espaciosa, está a unos pasos de la playa y del centro comercial también, no tengo quejas con el personal. Solo recomiendo cambiar las almohadas. La reserva tenía una hora de spa pero realmente es sauna y turco, pero cero quejas muy buena opción para volver.

No le pongo 10, por el tema de las almohadas que ya están de cambio, por lo menos las que nos tocó en nuestra habitación. De resto muy bien.

desayuno muy bueno y completo! El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion!

tarde de la noche es dificil encontrar algo de comer, seria bueno que el hotel tuviera una maquina dispensadora para vender como papas, ya que solo vende bebidas

Los platos a la carta y la tienda de minimarket.

Las instalaciones en general están muy viejas y descuidadas. En el restaurante hay unos ventiladores que hacen tanto ruido que incomodan. Hay unos pájaros que se roban la comida y no se puede desayunar tranquilo. El telefono de la habitación no funciona. La llave de la habitación se desprograma con facilidad y hay que estar yendo a la recepcion. El colchon muy duro. El televisor muy pequeño. La madera de las puertas y armarios se esta desbaratando. El gimnasio es muy viejo. Un día llegue a desayunar a las 9:30 am y ya había recogido todo cuando en teoría es hasta las 10:00 am. El desayuno es muy básico. En hotel esta muy viejo. Los empleados se manejan solos y son los que ponen las normas, poco entrenamiento hotelero en servicio al cliente. No se percibe gerencia..

"Muy costoso frente a lo que es"

Las personas del restaurante son muy amables

La señora de la recepción es poco colaboradora y al tomar la reserva por booking me dió la peor habitación. Tuve que hablar con otra persona en el cambio de turno para que me cambiaran de habitación
