The staff are outstanding. Always greet you everytime they see you. And assist you instantly if you need something. Typical Vietnam hospitality, they are the best.

There was a cricket in the room. Room was not realy clean. My use mug is not clean the next day. We have to ask for a shower cap and the shower cap is not provided in the neẽt days stay. The breakfast menu is very poor and poor, really bad

Would describe this hotel as outdated and performing below expectations. The room was not uncomfortable but it was all old, no airconditioning and people were smoking in the corridors. Also in the gym almost none of the equipment was working properly. Breakfast was the worst we had in Vietnam en it was described as Asian western but would definitely not refer to it as being western. Also the English of the staff is limited and they were not really helpful in ensuring that we got the most out of our stay here. No recommendations on what to do or support in finding us a scooter. All in all this would be fine if we did not have to pay what we did to be able to stay here. We had far more pleasant stays in other places in Vietnam for a quarter of the money.
