Very nice and helpful staff, especially Ms. Vy at dining room. Great location , close to night market and many good restaurants . Decent property condition except the gym which was rather derelict , unfit of a 4star hotel.

The location was great right in the mix of things. The staff were nice and helpful all be it limited English.

The pool is in the basement, having a pool was a main reason why we chose this property. Early check in not available. Not a lot of vegetarian options with breakfast.

These type of hotels are to be found all over SE Asia, coach package tours used by locals, Koreans and Chinese. They usually arrive in the afternoon and depart early in the morning, making a racket on both occasions. On a positive note, its well located and the staff are friendly and professional. Negatively, the breakfast is as bland as the rest of the hotel.

As I indicated above, the staff was the best part of my stay. They were friendly and helpful although I never met with the General Manager (a Mr. Thang) before my checkout as was promised to me. I had a lot of feedback to provide but was not given the chance. I liked the location of the hotel since it was very central.

Regarding the room, the furniture was dated and all looked the same. The carpet was full of stains, making the room very unsightly. The bathroom was particularly bad because the hot water for the bath tub kept running out. In addition, the door of the shower stall pushed inward rather than outward , thereby making it very difficult to enter for a shower. Also, the shower head had to be held by hand because it didn’t bend while on the wall hook. The mattress was very uncomfortable because the springs were coming through. Lastly, the “heated” pool water was too cool to stay in very long, and there are many repairs needed to be made in that area, such as a broken entrance door to the pool, chipped tiles, and an overall dingy atmosphere.
