extremely poor bathroom - dirty, horrible lighting, shower was at 1.3m height so very hard for tall people, sink nor shower properly drained, dangerous sharp edge glass shelves

The staff is nice.

The bed is too low. The lighting in the room is not enough. The amenities in the bathroom are slim(we called twoce for toilet papers, shampoo and shower gel were not replaced when the room was clean). The restaurant of the hotel messed up on our dinner order even though it was not busy at all. The traditional Canh Chua (sweet and sour soup) shows that the Cook is not a good one. It was overpriced for a simple dinner that wasn't worth it. The staff disturbed us to check the outdated drinks in the mini bar when we were in the room! They could do that at checkout time or when they clean the room. Then they knocked at the door one evening to straighten out the bed before bedtime! The customers need some privacy, please! We travel a lot and haven't seen any such thing.
