Domaine Val de Roland

1ere expérience en résidence et nous ne sommes pas déçus. L'appartement ,adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite, était très correct et disposait de tout le nécessaire de cuisine. La salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne était bien adaptée La literie et le linge étaient correct. La résidence était très calme. Nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Para no volver. Muy desagradable la recepcionista. Cobran por adelantado y tambien la fianza con amenas de ejecuatrla sino dejas la ahbitacion perfecta. Faltaban utensilios en el apartamento. Cagadas de pajaros por todos los pasillos que llevaban semanas sin limpiar. Y mil cosas mas que ni quiero recordar.

Très bon accueil du personnel. Petit appartement au calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne. La piscine est agréable pour un moment de détente en fin de journée. Seul bémol il faut faire les lits à l'arrivée et le départ le matin n'est pas facilité par l'état des lieux bien lourd pour une seule nuit.

Hotel is a bit difficult to find. However, the staff were excellent and the rooms spacious. Parking was convenient. A good hotel and a good value in a beautiful part of France.

Very convenient location in Luz St Saveur. Perfect as a base for exploring the Hautes Pyrenees. We visited in early June and it was extremely quiet. Be aware that you are required to clean your own room prior to check-out or be charges a 80 EURO cleaning fee.

We stayed at this condo type property for four (4) nites and it was the perfect location for our hiking and sightseeing. The staff was excellent and very helpful. A couple of items were missing from our unit and they took care of it immediately. Others have commented on some negative experiences but we found none of that. WiFi is only available in the Reception area. I would have gladly paid additional to have it available in our unit. The bedroom area is quite small - just large enough for the bed but this is made up for by the generous family/living room/kitchen area. Our first impression after we checked in a headed to our unit was that the common areas looked very depressing and everything was concrete and then we opened the door to our unit and we were totally surprised. We later deduced that the concrete was there because of all the skiers and ski boots that would otherwise ruin other flooring. Parking is easy and plentiful and you can walk into Luz-Saint-Sauvere in about 5 minutes walking along the creek. There is a Carefour Market in the center of the city that will take care of most of your grocery needs.

Résidence fonctionnelle à 5 minutes à pied du coeur des villages de Luz-St-Sauveur et Esquièze-Sère. Nous n'avons pas pris le temps de profiter de la piscine (qui n'est guère accueillante de prime abord). La literie n'est vraiment pas confortable et doit avoir un certain âge...

Es la segunda vez que voy, el apartamento esta bien cuidado, eso si miran bien que lo dejes igual lo cual nos beneficia a todos. El check in es hasta las doce de la noche, nos vino bien ya que salimos el viernes de santander y llegamos a las diez de la noche. En general lo recomiendo, aunque lo que no me gusto fue que pedimos y pagamos un apartamento para seis, el de cinco cuesta menos y en el salon tuvimos que dormir dos en un sofa cama de 1,20 que para uno esta bien, pero no para dos personas ni aun siendo matrimonio, la proxima vez cogeremos un saco de acampada y un apartamento para cinco, se duerme mejor y se paga menos. Por lo demas muy recomendable
