Pænt og rent

Vi havde bestilt morgenmad os alle på værelset (4 pers.) men hotellet oplyste os ved ankomst, at vi kun kunne få til 2 personer pr. dag og selvom vi havde betalt for det inden ankomst!!! Morgenmaden bestod af én drikkevarer og ét stykke frugt/brød uden mulighed for mere! Under alt kritik!! Vi havde betalt hjemmefra for opholdet, men skulle betale depositum ved indtjekning. Det stod ikke anført nogle steder - depositum var det samme som opholdets pris?! Receptionen lavede en fejl og endte med at trække depositum dobbelt, hvilket de benægtede efterfølgende. På udtog fra banken kan man se at de har reserveret beløbet TO gange. Vi har efter hjemkomsten fået det ene depositum tilbage, men det andet er ikke tilbagebetalt!! Hotellet siger, at de ikke har opkrævet det mere end én gang?!! Vi har stadig ikke fået de 1.100 USD retur trods gentagne henvendelser!!

"Awful customer service"

They have good installations and comfortable rooms

Horrible customer service! They charged me again even though I had already paid via booking. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare! They never answer when you text them. Front desk service staff did never have answers, and the manager is impatient and doesn’t know how to handle customers concerns in a kind way. Wouldn’t recommend them. Customer service is important guys!
