Hotel Albert I

Beautiful hotel, excelente service, kind and helpful staff. Confortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is real good.

Nice, small hotel 10 minute scenic walk or few minute bus ride from train station. Continental breakfast included. Friendlt, helpful staff. Stayed 3 nights in Room #1 across from reception. Thought it would be a noise issue but unfounded. Plenty of restaurants across the street at t 'Zand. Less than 10 minute walk to centrum/markt.

Very well located close to everything in the centre and walkable from train station .An ancient old renovated building with spacious rooms and bathrooms .Christophe at the reception was very kind and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was delicious with great coffee served with a touch of class by a very nice attentioned lady .We definitely recommend it and we will return for sure.

This hotel was a great place to stay for staff service, location and breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had informative conversations about the town and surrounding area with two of the staff who both showed a love for the area they live.

Reasonable price for a well located small hotel. There was construction outside but looks to be wrapping up soon. The dining room was small including the single room, however it overcomes smallness with comfort, service, location, price and wifi. I loved the easy walk to the train station which enabled me to have a day trip to Ghent without a lot of effort.

As soon as you enter the door of the hotel, you feel as if you have stepped back in time. The area is small, the stairs to the rooms are steep, the wonderful staff calls you "Madame" and "Sir", and there is just a timeless comfort there. The rooms were small, but comfortable, and we greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served in the morning. The hotel is across from the bus stop and underground parking garage. Just on the other side of a large plaza are restaurants that serve outside--everyone sits outside as long as the weather is reasonable--and they often have heaters blasting if the weather isn't! You are within walking distance of the shopping areas, including numerous Belgian chocolate shops!, scenic narrow streets, a canal boat ride, and a horse and carriage ride--you will love the clop clop clop of the hooves on the cobblestones of the trotting horses. My cousin tried to book our hotel when she and her friend decided to join us there, but our hotel was sold out. They booked at a hotel close to the Albert, and she lamented not getting a room there as our hotel oozed charm where hers was just a normal hotel--that didn't include breakfast.

Changed date to January can as not yet stayed there look at your paper work .

5 minutes from centre of Brugges and 10 minute walk from railway station. Directly opposite Bus station so rooms can experience a little noise. Handy for buses though !!! Huge bed, very comfortable. Continental style breakfast with the usual choices. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.

Two car park options, one is a ten minute walk in opposite direction to Brugge centre, second is in a multi storey £7 per day across a fairly busy road and bus station. The bus station is the main view from the hotel. having said that, the hotel is well situated for entering the Brugge streets each day and is a very comfortable stay at a price to suit.

Absolutely perfect. Lovely, quaint,clean, friendly and homely hotel. Bruges is an amazing place also to visit.
