Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso West by IHG

a bit below average, dirty walls in the room. outdated bathroom

We often take road trips and frequently stay at IHG (usually Holiday Inn Express) hotels. We felt this particular property is not up to standards. The first issue we encountered at this particular property was the lack of parking: We arrived late, and there were no parking -- ended up parking on the street. The room itself had a slight, but definitely present, odor. The towels were dirty, the sink was cracked, the furnitures were stained and in need of repair. The usual (Holiday Inn Express) hot breakfast, which we are familiar with, was not up to par. Having said all that, however, the one bright start with this hotel is that staff: the hotel staff are kind and courteous. Sadly, unless it's restored or renovated, I would not recommend this property.

yo estube dos dias en el hotel y pues todo estubo normal no exelente pero bien tenian construccion en el lado del hotel y pues en algunos parking pues no te podias estacionar y por lo cual la entrada estaba sucia y eso duro dos dias susio y pues para lo que cobran esta y se be mal y asta el elebador con pedasos de sheet rock pue eso es lo que yo bi en los dos dias que estube alli ah y otyra cosita mas que yo nececitaba otro dia mas y me lo negaron y pues tube que ir abuscar otro hotel porque nunca me respondieron me digieron que me ivan a avisar y pues nuca me avisaron nada pues es todo y gracias de todos modos

Great not to have to use a ladder to get into bed. Clean, well designed. Great AM breakfast. Will look for HI Express everywhere we go.

I had bad experience dealing with the staff dyring the check-in process. I reserved a suite and I ended up in a normal room. the staff didnt listen.

The hot tub was cold and our tub drain was clogged

Great all around from front desk to checkout

the facility is under renovation...will really be nice when concluded

for the price it is it would be nice to have bottles of water in the room

The staff was nice
