Staff were excellent and so helpful Over all everything was excellent

Clean rooms, with tea/coffee facilities and an iron & ironing board. A bar area for either food and drink. A coffee shop, swimming pool and gym facilities.

The room I was in, was a bit dated with a few stain marks on the floor. Could do with a refresh.

Good location , friendly staff. Room facilities included iron, ironing board and fan. Starbucks franchise on site.

In the Female toilets across from checking-in station, one particular stall used, the toilet seat was stained with black marks and looked grubby. On both checking-in and checking-out, the system would not allow self check-in/out and needed to be done by a member of staff respite details being correct. Our room was ok size , but the bathroom was very very small and cramped - knees touched the shower glass when sat on the toilet. Urine in toilet in our room on arrival, to later discover that the toilet in fact, does not flush and on the rare occasion that it does, it takes over an hour to actually fully flush away everything. Bathroom Mirror was full of smears. Plug sockets were wonky. No main light in bedroom - only wall lights which were not enough light without a main light. Bed incredibly uncomfortable, woke up several times in the night due to being uncomfortable Hallway to room generally looked tired
