My wife and I just returned from New Orleans and The Hotel Roosevelt made the trip a great experience. From Tyra at the front desk to Jake in The Fountain Restaurant we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and I would agree with others who have said the rooms are spacious. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, everyone made you feel welcome. The hotel was very clean. The one evening we stopped by Dominica which is not operated by the hotel but is located in space there was not good. Very much different than the hotel and hotel operated restaurant experience, cleanliness was not great and the staff member we met was simply rude. We left without ordering. That aside, we cannot say enough positive about our experience at The Roosevelt.

"Natasha was Great."

Natasha at The Roosevelt New Orleans was absolutely exceptional. She is the kind of person who makes guests want to stay longer and come back again. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. She made sure every need was met and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Her level of customer service exceeded all expectations, and her warm personality truly stood out. The Roosevelt is fortunate to have someone like Natasha representing their hotel. She made our stay unforgettable.
