Lovely and big room. Well appointed. Excellent and efficient front desk staff. Also the turndown service is a treat.

Another wonderful stay at this classic New Orleans hotel. This is our go-to hotel every time we are in town. The beds are WONDERFUL, rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. A drink at the Sazerac bar is a mandatory part of every stay, great service and delicious drinks. Overall excellent service from everyone we encountered. A special shout to Justin, who greeted me in the lobby with a warm towel to dry off after getting caught in the rain.

Another wonderful Jazz Fest stay at the Roosevelt. Our room is always spacious, and the team is so kind and efficient. Flex, Hillary at check-in, Ray at the Concierge desk, Rachel always remember my friends and I at the San Bar, Travis at the front desk is always kind and thoughtful. Stephen, Ernie and the older man with glasses at the door, always remember me and it makes me feel special. Must try, for a historical hotel it is just lovely and the love the attention, and service. Oh, and the pool service is ALWAYS so pleasant. I wish I could remember the bartender and servers name.

I would like to begin by extending our most sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the Roosevelt Hotel. The experience we had here for our anniversary was absolutely incredible. The accomodation was impeccable, as were the facilities. But the true gems at the Roosevelt are the staff. From a cast of genuinely kind characters, it is difficult to pick a favorite. The gentlemen of the bell staff will give you lots of history of the building, and they do it in a way that is unmistakeably New Orleans. The front desk staff is one of the finest I have ever dealt with, and the other supporting staff are nothing short of excellent. To specifically name a few, Justin from security extended a welcome when we first arrived that was reminiscent of a family member opening the door when you get home for the holidays. Kent at the front desk did not rest until all of our expectations were exceeded with several impressive gestures. Ari, and Duc run at tight ship in the Fountain Lounge, and the list goes on and on, to name each staff member that impressed us, would be too many names. So let me once again extend our most sincere gratitude to all of the staff at the Roosevelt Hotel for making our dreams come true!

I just wrapped up what must be my 10th stay at The Roosevelt, and once again—it delivered. I genuinely don’t understand why this hotel isn’t ranked higher among New Orleans hotels. Yes, the elevators are old, but I’ve never had an issue. Meanwhile, the rooms have been beautifully updated over the years, and the common areas and hallways felt fresh and well-maintained. The real surprise this time was the room service. I ordered late on a Monday night—just a burger and gumbo—but the entire experience was flawless. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the food? Outstanding. It arrived hot and the food was legitimately delicious. Whoever was running the room service and kitchen that night (April 20th) absolutely nailed it! I will definitely be returning to the Roosevelt!
