Everything was great with only one exception the shower handle was iffy and very hard to get water warm.

Can't believe they charged for auto parking.

Terrible smell. Dirty pool towels.

Friendly staff, location, value

Lobby, elevator, halls could be cleaner. Rooms were satisfactorily clean

The breakfast was delicious and great variety. The rooms were great and spacious. Best of all was the prices for the rooms.

The room felt dirty and the shower did not have hot water. We told the front desk and the guy could care less. We wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Location to highway amid all the construction, still easy to find. Great selection of late night restaurant options. Great breakfast choices.

When we got to the hotel, parking was terrible couldn’t find parking at all, the gentleman that helped us check in was super friendly, unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but the manager was the most rude person I’ve ever met, doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet people, doesn’t think people, we weren’t the only ones there that she was rude to. When getting inside the room, there was an ugly smell, not sure if the carpets were dirty, there were stains on the sheets, that look like oil stains, or something, carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed. In the halls, also the weekend we stayed they’re not once were they vacuumed, we saw the same trash from the day. We got there till the day we left.

Great location, close to kids activities and restaurants. Pool is good but they can have some towels for it.
