Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Needs updating. Room was not very clean. Hair on the bathroom counter. Nightstand near the window not clean. Closet smelled musty. Breakfast was so/so. No toaster for the bagels. Pool was closed.

The room was great and very comfortable, with a spacious living space and restroom. Beds were cozy. Temperature was perfect. The only issue was a squeaky AC during the night that quieted itself during day - go figure!

"GROSS!! Never again."

Location and one of the ladies at the front was really nice. The other lady, not so much!

BUGS!!! And stains on our sheets! We had bugs all in our room. Went to tell the lady and she said they never had that problem before but I went looking at reviews and that was a lie! So many reviews ending up saying the same thing we were dealing with! I went back to the front and demanded a different room. We moved rooms and it was still so gross!!! I will NEVER be back. Please beware before booking this hotel!!!
