Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jonesboro

We had a great time at the hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. We will definitely stay there every time that we go visit family.

Breakfast was filling, there were plenty of options, and the pool was great! It was definitely a welcoming relief after being in the hot sun all day. We were pleased with every aspect of our stay. After a long drive and long day, the beds were extremely comfortable.

I have no complaints about our experience.

Pool was tiny, freezing, and murky. No towels at the pool, so had to go ask. There was a holding fee on our account, which was unexpected. However, there was a welcoming sticky note.

The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. My room was a Suite and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. So the air was barely on and had that moldy smell. They took off $29 from my bill. They didn’t have any rooms like I had to move me in. That’s the only part I didn’t like.

My family was comfortable.
