"Always top notch on room and lobby being clean"

Breakfast was good. I don't remember if gravy was an option but that would be good to add.

We only stayed on night we didn't spend that much time inside room.

"Incompetence and poor customer service"

I was there only long enough to find out the sofa bed was not functional and broken and my daughter had no where to sleep..they could not give me another room and we had to leave with an 11 year old and had to find somewhere else to sleep for the night. The staff was rude to me when asked to get a manager..They had none. Called the next day..still no manager and still out $200
