"It was a great stay!!"

It was very clean, great location, the staff was amazing. I have to give a shoutout to one young lady name Bailey, she was working her self to death on Saturday morning, most of the staff had called in & she was having to do all the cooking, work the dining area while working the front desk doing checkouts, answering phones & doing check-ins, she definitely deserves a raise of some kind or at least a Huge bonus. She went out of her way to make sure we were all accommodated. We will definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was great!!

No complaints at all.

"We will not being staying at this location again."

There was a system glitch that had apparently been going on for over a week and we had no key to our room. The staff had to escort us to our room anytime we needed to get in. Although the staff was very nice, it was very inconvenient. Also, there was a noise that sounded as if someone was dragging furniture across the floor all night long.

"We would stay here again because of the location but we expect more from a BW Plus."

Location was perfect. Breakfast was disappointing. Bring back full size yogurt cups!

Toilet seat was up when we came in. Of the 4 keurig cups 3 were decaf…bleah. Pillows are smaller than normal and pretty stiff.
