It was new and clean

Handicap parking was way far away from the room. It was actually at the other end of the building. Access was not great for handicapped.

I loved the breakfast. It was delicious. Everyone was so happy and friendly.

My shower curtain was missing. They help me with it.

breakkfast was good, was hoping to get some biscuits and gravy, but filled the need.

well my room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken, being a woman 65 years old you would think they might move my room to ground floor.

You need more trash cans in the room

Clean, simple comfortable bed and room.

The elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor and we don’t walk very good and was told that is all they had. We were her for a wedding and other guests that we know got a discount and were even on the first floor, so not right.

When we arrived (@11:00 p.m.) we were told the elevator was not working and unfortunately our room was on the 3rd floor. We are an older couple but staff did not offer to assist us with our bags or even to discount our stay for this inconvenience. Then we get in the room and turned on a light in the bathroom to see a cockroach running along the baseboard. The next morning we intended to eat the complimentary breakfast but there was not enough space for the number of guests that we didn't, other guests were standing in the lobby eating or sitting in the lobby furniture to eat.
