Historic nature of building, very pleasant
Beautiful historic building seemingly well maintained. Staff Christy was very welcoming and friendly. Skip thw free continental breakfast and go to the reataurant next door.
Had to ask for toilet paper . Breakfast was poor.
The room needed a tv remote that worked, but otherwise it was good.
Convenient to our venue but the bed linens were not fresh, pillows smelled bad
We had stayed at this hotel several years ago after it had just completed its renovation & we were so impressed. This time several doors & an elevator were out of order, there was only 1 not overly friendly staff there the 15 hours we were there & the continental breakfast was worse than a convenience store-not 1 protein offered, all generic(walmart brand)items-powdered creamer, no real cream, fruit loops, waffles, prepackaged oatmeal & toast. That was it. If we had not gotten it at a discount I would not have given it the 3 stars I did. It is sad because it has such potential to be 5 star!

Beautiful restored historic hotel! Great customer service! They did have continental breakfast, but a restaurant/bar would be a great addition!!! I would absolutely stay here again.
