Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

I like how comfortable the beds were. I loved the breakfast attendant. She was nice and very helpful. The breakfast area was clean. The food was hot. There were a variety of options.

I didn't like our toilet would not flush and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. I called the front desk. The guy said he would send maintenance. No one came that night. I did not receive a follow up call from the front desk. The next morning me and my children got up early to eat breakfast and leave. I told the lady at the front desk our toilet did not work and the sink would not drain. She stated, "What was your room number. I told her. She said that room was not suppose to be rented out. She said I would get a refund. She asked were there any other problems during our stay. I said no. She said she will let her GM know so I could get a refund. I said Okay. She said have safe travels. I said thank you." My children and I left. I waited 5 days before I called the hotel back because I had not received the refund. I thought it needed time to process. A lady answered at the front desk. I told her why I was calling. She said I would have to talk to the GM. The GM came on the phone. Apparently, the lady had already explained to her what I was calling about because she immediately started talking. No hi, no apology. She asked me the names of the people I told about the toilet so she can verify to be able to give me a refund. Of course, I didn't know their names. She said she couldn't give me a refund if she couldn't verify it. I explained I didn't know their names. I asked if their names were in the computer because they checked me in and out. I also asked who name was on the maintenance request because as me and my children were walking out of the room to leave, he was coming in. She said she didn't have any documentation that there was a problem so she couldn't give me a refund. My phone started breaking up. I apologized about that. I don't know if she actually heard me because I lost service. I called back when I got in a better area. The same lady answered. She said the GM was not there.

the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

Nothing. I booked the hotel in an emergency. When I arrived, the hotel was dirty, sheets had stains, and front desk staff would not refund my hotel rooms. I have asked for a refund from booking.com, but continue to get the run around. The hotel number listed on the site says it isnt taking calls and gives you the same exact number to call back. Overall, very poor experience and I wouldnt suggest anyone stay there.

I didnt stay in the rooms since it was extremely dirty. I wouldnt even want to walk through those door again.

Breakfast the lady that works there in the morning. I can't remember her name. Rooms are always clean..my husband and I stay here when we come to visit.

Bath tub was horrible mold was on,the curtain. The fridge was ice over. We couldn't use it..
