The location is very central and good clean and neat hotel. Sometimes good deals and value for money. Responses are prompt .

The doors to the bathroom that open outwards which is very odd. My cousin was opening the safe and I was in the bathroom and the door nearly hit her .A sliding door is more appropriate . Also the toilets too low for the aged especially those with knee issues.

Hotel was in an ideal location. Within walking distance to UB city and other eateries and also for shopping. Had a pleasant stay in the suite which was spacious and well kept. We opted for smoking room that was available only on the 2nd level. Wish it was available at a higher floor too to take in the city view. Notwithstanding we were happy with the rooms,service and of course the breakfast that was not only satisfying but also had good enough spread.

We had 9 nights at St Mark’s Hotel. We found the staff to be extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sensational and we indulged in an Indian breakfast every morning. We ate at the Kohinoor rooftop restaurant most evenings which also was excellent. The rooms are well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. The hotel is in a great location where it’s easy to get around. We used Uber tuk tuks daily and rarely did a trip cost more than 100 rupees (roughly less than $2 AUD). I’d advise that you carry lots of 100 rupee notes as tuk tuks are cash and they don’t give change. The concierge organised a driver to take us to the Nandi Hills one day. There’s a great cafe next door, a bank close by to change rupee notes, a chemist and wine shop a few blocks down the road and if you’re craving western food there’s a Hard Rock Cafe close by a few blocks down St Mark’s Road. I’d highly recommend staying at St Mark’s Hotel.

St Mark's Hotel is in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and it was no hassle for them to organise a driver for us for a day to take us up to the Nandi Hills. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we indulged in an Indian breakfast every morning. Most nights we had dinner at the roof top restaurant which was excellent. You can see the stadium lights at night from nearby Cubbon Park Cricket Ground. The easiest way of getting around was by ordering an Uber Tuk Tuk. The drivers only take cash (won't give change) so make sure you have plenty of 100 Rupee notes (roughly less than $2 AUD) as most rides are less than that. There's a bank close by where you can change larger notes. There's a wine/beer shop (Dewars) just down the street and if you get tired of Indian food, the Hard Rock Cafe is also in the same street. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. Rooms were good size and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.
