Location was perfect. The proximity to many offices and restaurants / coffee shops (Starbucks!) made it very convenient. It was also faster to get to the airport (or any other popular places) from here. The facility is very well maintained to the highest standards (now a Radisson Group).

Room service quality could be improved. Hot/ Cold drinks quantity seemed very limited. Complementary cookies or snacks (even fruits/ welcome drinks) are not offered as in few other hotels. You may have to order them.

Excellent location, just a short walk to Koshy's and Cubbon Park. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and excellent desk area for work. Also surprisingly quiet considering location. Staff were also really helpful. Will certainly stay here again.
