The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff that assisted on arrival and departure very friendly and informative. Its a pity had to leave early so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet, but the setup looked amazing.

The breakfast was good and housekeeping as well.

Lies by one staff at the reception. I had booked an Executive Suite but did not get it at check-in. He lied to me straight to my face that someone else was checking out the following morning from the suite, assuring me that I’ll get it, only to be told that it wasn’t possible. It completely ruined my stay.
