l'ensemble des services de l'établissement correspondait au prix payés et au niveau de qualité auquel l'on peut s'attendre d'un hôtel de ce niveau dans un pays africain. Le personnel de l'hôtel était serviable.

Malgré de sérieux pourboires, le personnel du restaurant manquait d'amabilité et de chaleur. La qualité des repas était cependant satisfaisante à très bonne, bravo aux cuistots.
