Ideally situated for Oxford and it's museums.Very helpful staff.

The stay was good the rooms are separate from the pub and they are a decent size with en suite. The meals are good and there is a good choice on the menu. Breakfast is excellent.

Quiet location but difficult to sleep when occupants of room above making so much noise walking around and banging. Recommend booking a room on first floor rather than ground floor. Also couldn’t open windows for security/personal safety so very hot in room.

We were very pleased with our choice for a 2 night stay. We loved the decor. The staff are super-friendly and helpful and adhere to COVID regulations, the room was clean and comfortable (great mattresses), really good breakfast and excellent coffee. After driving round the Cotswolds for 3 days, we hadn’t realised what a treat it was to have on-site parking! Great location for the S3 bus route and Woodstock is 4 minutes away by bus.

Excellent stay. Team were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Newly refurbished room was clean, spacious and lovely bathroom. Ideally located for an hour's gentle stroll to Blenheim Palace. Ate in the pub at night, food was delicious and the breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommend.

We stayed two nights Richard and the staff were excellent,We stayed in room 1 lovely and clean,the beds were just wonderful.Room had everything. The food and restaurant were spot on Richard and his staff have were friendly and most welcoming. We will be back.

We travelled to Woodstock for a Christening. It was an amazing weekend, and having such a brilliant (recently refurbished) accommodation and a warm welcome from the hotel staff made it extra special. On top of that, food at the hotel restaurant was sensationally good! Thanks to all the lovely people who work at the Duke of Marlborough hotel! (Stayed in: Superior Ensuite Double Room)
