Excellent location, I had breakfast in cafe nearby

Electric socket by bed didn't work, bad light for reading in bed.

Friendly staff and great location.

WiFi was unreliable and it wasn’t very clean (unwashed mugs, walls had some mold).

Rosie was very helpful when we arrived - room was clean and compact with comfortable bed, good shower with toiletries. That's really all I needed.

I forgot to let Rosie know about the parking 48-hours before so had to park on Marine Drive which was expensive.

Great location...very fairly priced a good little overnight stay for a night out in Brighton. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, easy access, the owner was very helpful re parking and the cleaners I saw were just lovely, polite and helpful. Turn left out of the hotel and at the top of the street there's an array of shops, eateries and pubs, turn right towards the sea and Brighton pier is just across the road.

We were on the top floor which was a workout in itself 🤣 but I booked last minute, that was the only availability and we managed plus the location was perfect

The location was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with good facilities (although you need your log-in details to access much of the offerings on the TV i.e. Netflix). The check-in procedure was easy.

The room was very good value for money, other than one big drawback - a shared toilet without a proper shower unit. I had to wait a long time to access the bathroom in the morning when I was desperate! We were lucky that the other people left it clean, but it could have been a lot worse. As it is a wet room, rather than a shower, it was wet underfoot if you just wanted to use the toilet.
