Near the sea

Really not true to the photos. I felt completely bamboozled. The bed was wrapped in weird, crinkly plastic, the bathroom fan sounded like a sputtering jet engine, and I spent the whole night listening to someone stomping above me—despite requesting a top-floor room to avoid exactly that and being ignored. Checkout was unreasonably early, and to make it worse, someone came knocking on my door at 9 AM (checkout was 10) even though I’d had a late-night obligation. Truly awful stay. I ended up lying on the beach after checkout to try to get a couple hours of rest before catching my train.

Very close to the beach and bus connections, the community vibe of this accommodation is very nice, I can see the vision of improvement from the new management!! Beds are very comfy, with nice pillows

I know this isn’t a huge factor, WiFi connection to upstairs wasn’t great, however, Brighton has lots to offer!! So not a big issue The chair in my room was quite squeaky, was scared to sit on it invade it broke!

Great location. A stone’s throw from the famous Brighton pier.

Easy & safe access. Great facilities, tea coffee, hairdryer etc. Super comfortable bed & tv

The location was brilliant, so close to the sea & several shops, cafes etc. The price for the room was satisfactory, the tv worked which is rare for such places ha! Felt like a safe location/building. Clean towels and hot powerful shower were appreciated!

Could have been cleaner, under the bed was very dusty and dirty and the fan wouldn’t work due to dust build up. There weren’t enough tea/coffee making facilities in the room and didn’t see any staff/owner so couldn’t speak and explain these issues. Also there wasn’t an iron for my clothes, which was in the room description when booking.

Great location, nice little room

Keypad entry system. Took 6-8 minutes for the pad to bleep and allow you to enter the code. Owners communicative, but couldn't really help beyond saying they had just taken over and it wasn't a system they'd have chosen. Offered a different room, but we were installed, it was late and we didn't intend going out again.

- Location was good... - Room was OK....but felt a bit cramped at times, and a bit claustrophobic - Ensuite bathroom/toilet were separate (within the room) which was good - Good Fan - Bed OK...but sliding around a bit Overall ok...but overpriced for what it is/what you get...and overpriced considering it is contactless check-in...I.e no reception or staff there

- Very overpriced for what is basically a B&B/Guesthouse type of accommodation - No parking facilities anywhere nearby - and an average of £20-£40 per day to park - Very tight at times...felt very enclosed... - Sink and Shower drainage were blocked - so when you ran the taps - the sink and shower tray would fill up with water - Very Dirty toilet brush in toilet...not good!! - Late check-in of 1500 >>> and then a Very Early check-out time of 1000 (does not reflect the price paid...justify!?) - All a bit thrown together....and worn... ... ...but did the job for a couple of nights in the end✔️

It was very nice considering price better than pictures
