Only grumble is wifi only available in bar and dining room, not in my room. Lynmouth as a whole isn't great for internet

Brilliant view from room. Left to do your own thing. Room was refreshed while we were out. Offered meals in evening.

The view from our bedroom window overlooking the Lynn River to the bustling streets of Lynmouth with behind the hanging woods on the hills above was enchanting. The staff were very friendly and the full English breakfast excellent, highly recommended.

Arrived a little early and room wasn't ready, so sat outside and had a drink and food. Staff were friendly and room was adequate. Excellent location

Nice place with convenient access straight over the bridge to the quayside. Miserable weather on the day we arrived but walked right into the Lynmouth Maritime regatta. Fun all day long. Staff in the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again.

Loved the location, so convenient and.lovely views. Just one thing we thought mugs in the room would be a better option rather than small cups

We have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before, first being over 30 years ago. They are having work done, but this did not affect us at all. The sea views we booked were as we expected. Service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s right in the heart of Lynmouth and has some great walks nearby. We didn’t use the car at all whilst we were there. Would definitely go again, we had a lovely weekend

Fab staff and room. Let down by the fact the room wasn't made-up after 1st night? I mentioned this around noon and came back later to find clean towel on bed (I'd placed my used one in shower) and some new biscuits. Bed not made, no toilet roll replaced etc. Expected better service for the price!

Great place to stay when visiting little Switzerland

Poor experience for breakfast had to walk to the Rising Sun pub and then wait 20 minutes to order food and then 20 min before it arrived which wasn’t that exciting.
