Yorumlar bakarak konaklamayi tercih etmiştik ama kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum yemekler çok kötü ilgi sıfır hersey dahil gelmemizi rağmen kapali hiçbir içecek yok Türk bir aile olduğunuz icinmi anlayamadık dün taksi istedik yok dediler çarşıya yürüyün dediler 2.9 km bizden sonra taksi isteyen 2 aileye taksi geldi biz kendi olanaklarimizla gidebildik son gün feribotumuz geç saat olduğu için 2 saat geç çıkmayı talep ettik Gayet sevimsizlikle 11 de boşaltmamiz söylendi kos a devamlı gelip giderim hiç bu kadar kötü bir ağırlama yaşamamıştım.Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

The facilities are great, deserving a 5 star rate: great different pools, great room that included doors that separated the sofa bed and main bed, so the kids and parents could have their own privacy. Both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a big balcony with a bed outside. Elevator to access higher floors with strollers or wheelchairs. The entertainment was also fantastic, special mention to Dominika and Bruna. They learnt the names of the guests, made every night a big effort to amaze everyone and have fun, both for kids and adults. Having the mini market inside is useful. The beach has the best sunset!

While the facilities were 5 star, the food was barely a 3 star. Quality was poor, not a big offer either. The service was also not great, both for waiters and reception staff. While they do something if you ask for it, they are just not attentive or proactive. Our room was also not cleaned one of the days. The beach is ok but quite windy and wavy.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Number of pools to choose from especially liked the fact there was an adult only pool.

We only went half board, I am so glad we went for this option. As we were upgraded to junior suite, breakfast was in VIP area and this was good, food made to order. However, dinner was the opposite, the standard of food was awful, meat overcooked and often hot food was cold, this was not five star standard, I would go as far as saying that this was worst food I have ever had in any hotel. I would recommend to go out into Kos town for dinner and lunch.

Staff, spa and swim up room pool were amazing. The buffet was good.

The check in process had charges that could me off guard... but the manager made me feel at home and the rest of the stay was great... definitely going back for a 7-10 day stay
