Hampton Inn Orange

Need USB outlets in the rooms. Could use newer mattresses. Great location for our event that we were attending. Front desk provided us with an excellent restaurant list, really came in handy. Will stay there again.

Hotel under remodel. Room good

The hotel apparently is being remodeled. When you come in its kinda ghetto looking. Walls paint peeling, caution tape everywhere, no area to sit for breakfast...they dont have breakfast but havd breakfast cereal bars etc...nice staff room clean and ac works. Small room for price. It was really a place to lay our heads after hitting the casino.

First room smelled like mold. AC was dirty. Asked the front desk lady if there was another room available on the 2nd floor and she kindly got me to different room. My room was humid and there was no ventilator. Woke up to a roach welcoming me on the carpet floor.

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at! I get that they were remodeling the inside, but the rooms were dirty. My room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the drain in the tub was clogged, there was someone elses hair in the bath tub, the beds were very uncomfortable and one of the bed frames was wobbly. Another person in my traveling party had to switch rooms because their room smelled horrible (almost like a dirty, rotten, mildew smell). The room they switched to smelled also and the only way to get rid of that smell was to turn the ac on high to help mask yhe smell. They didnt have the normal breakfast and instead offered frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you uad to warm up in your room. The staff wasnt friendly at all!!! It was almost as if you were bothering them by asking a question. They seemed very annoyed to help out. I will never stay at this location again!!! Worst service by far!

We loved our stay for the most part. I was impressed with how clean our room was and even the hallways/common areas. FAIR WARNING- the beds are FIRM. My husband and I did not sleep well at all and woke up so stiff and sore. Other than that it was a great stay!

The room was dirty. The hotel was under construction but never saw anyone working. Pool was closed because they were waiting on a part. The is nothing to do near the hotel and getting around was difficult because of the road construction.

Depressing...hallways were smelly and hot. A/C in room completely blocked by bed. Bathroom never cooled off. Entire hotel needs an upgrade, which they may be doing because it looked like a hot mess everywhere.

The hotel was very dirty. When checking out, I politely addressed my concern to front desk. I received NO response. She just gave me a nasty look. Also.... when booking the charge was $110. Upon completion charge was $190.

The place was okay overall, although the only staff person on site when we arrived didn't wear a mask and there were signs asking guests to where one. That was disappointing. Wouldn't stay at same hotel if I were to pass by again.
