I was very happy with the choice I made staying here with my family & kids
We have stayed in the River Oaks condos before. This visit was the nicest one.
We stayed at a condo. We arrived after office hours but were left directions that were incomplete . It took 2 hours and the help of an off duty mailman to find the place. If they would have put the address on the directions, we would have found it immediately. When I informed the clerk the next morning, she was very nonchalant about it. I may not stay again.
We had an enjoyable time. The only thing we didn't like was the bouncy, springing action of the mattress & spring. It bounced too much when you moved around. A more stable & sturdy combination would be more comfortable.
had a fantastic time and everything was perfect. thos i did not like you pay $125 for cleaning services. when no one cleans the whole week and you have to take out the garbage and load the dishwasher. i would think that is included in cleaning.

We turned a weekend for school orientation into a golf getaway. The apartment was clean and quiet with a beautiful view. Minutes from everything we wanted to do.
Our rental was dirty! The carpets were filthy, which shouldn't be there anyhow at the beach. It should be tile or hardwood floors. Basically, it feels like staying at Grandma's house and her eyesight is bad so the place is dirty! No money ever goes back into this property. To say it needs updates is the biggest understatement!
Unprofessional staff and there was a horrible ant infestation. I have kids and I was placed on the third floor with 4 little kids and got a complaint from the neighbor saying we were noisy after hours when we were gone everyday all day because we were on vacation so of course we didn’t get back to the room until a little after dinner each night. Needs to take these things into consideration when a person books with this resort
