"My stay"

The only issue I had with the room was I thought I was paying for a king bed and I ended up with a full. That was totally misleading.. Other than that my stay was good. And the condo was clean

"Not good experience "

This was a bad experience and customer service was not helpful. Once i arrived to destination there was after hours checkin. Only a phone number with directions for a lock box. I arrived approximately 8:30pm. Had trouble finding the office with lock box. Once found, I had trouble opening the lock box for around an hour. I was on the line with hotels.com customer service at that time as well. Two other parties had the same issue. One party got the lock box open and let me retrieve my check in envelope. I had to drive another 10 mins to actual unit. From the outside the place and area looked good. Once inside was a different story. The place was not clean, dirty walls, floors and linen. Not a good experience especially with COVID going on. Blinds were broken (privacy), balcony door did not lock properly (security), and the whole unit had a terrible odor. We could not stand and had to relocate couple about an hour abd a half or so of being there. Next morning when the office was open, I returned the key and ask for refund due to unit being in poor conditions. They said I would have to get with Hotels.com for refund. Please help in this matter. Thank you.

"Good Stay"

The property has a good selection of amenities and the waterway runs right past the property. The office staff (Katheryn) was super nice and helpful. My only gripe comes on the Hotels.com side...the app let me pick a certain bedding type for this property and that is not guaranteed. The couch bed in the unit I was in wasn't comfortable, but I wasn't expecting us to use the couch bed. Katheryn was awesome, she did give me an option to change rooms the next day since I checked in after the office was closed. It was still a good stay and clean room.

I didn't watch tv until Sunday evening. Tv was mess up they have fix it Sunday evening. Stay the tv in the other room couldn't come on at all.

The check in was great. I checked in late and they were able to leave my info in a lockbox. However, the room wasn’t nothing like the display pictures shown. It was soooo outdated and had broken items as well. The bed was extremely hard and the TVs were old as well.

First night didn’t even get settled In and we were greeted by the people under us banging on their ceiling our floor until midnight I made numerous calls to the front desk with no response or reply. Second day and night same scenario my wife and 2 small children having to deal with these rude people went to the office the next morning I was told that even though the same people owned all the units not all of the units were managed by the same company so I was informed that if I wanted anything to be done that I needed to contact the local police that the people at the front desk could not help me in any way I will never stay at river oaks resort again and I would suggest that no one stay there
