The furniture was old and most of it was broken (pull out couch couldn’t come out, chairs/coffee table had screws missing so me had to be careful not to fall. Batteries missing from the bedroom remotes and minimal pots to use. All of the TVs were small
I tried to check in 12/17/21. Not being told your check in area is open just from 9a-5p. I came after hours and the address given did not have a unit number or any instructions where to go. In the middle of the night I had no where to sleep had to set up another reservation for the weekend. Ridiculous. And your reservations team also had no way to help me. I think this was a scam. And I would like my money back please
Location
I booked 4 rooms for a total of 16 people....16, spending right around $2000 for the weekend. Figuring when I booked 4 rooms they would be near each other. NOPE, we we weren't even in the same vicinity. Rooms were not ready at the same time, one room had a service dog staying and they put them on the 3rd floor....how inconvenient. Rooms were dirty, dirty towels in the linen closet on the floor, dirty steak knife in the kitchen sink, air conditioning that didn't work, 2 out of 3 pool passes didn't work. Definitely now worth almost $2000! We will NOT ever stay here again.
The guy at the front desk should be replaced. The rooms were good except the placed wasn't cleaned and the beds werent even made up
The condo was clean and satisfactory. The pool was nice and the area around was very clean. The staff at the check-in office were not very friendly or helpful. There were some busted screens on the porches.

Had concerns regarding cleanliness in regards to the furniture (sofa and recliner) and recliner would not stay reclined. Encountered insects in both bathrooms. Master bathroom vanity area rug could have been cleaner. Had consistent trouble unlocking front door as knob/lock was a little unstable. However, would possibly consider Resort again, especially due to location but of course with the expectation of better accommodations.
