The property was horrible. Bug infested, dirty linens, and rude customer service. I had to request a refund due to the conditions of the property.
AMAZING
The pull out couch was broke but we made it work.
I never stayed at River Oaks. They switched me to barefoot resort and the place was old furniture

The property was very nice, clean and safe.
The hotel we stayed at was beautiful we did not expect to enjoy it that much that was our first time there and she loved it so we will definitely be coming back again for that special occasion
I requested handicap access because my husband couldn’t use stairs, when we finally got our room it was on the 3rd floor without elevators!
