The room was not very clean. There were lots of baby cockroaches running around. Maybe the room wasn't checked every day. When I entered the room, when I opened the blanket, there were black spots like stains.

Nice hotel, a little older but very spacious, good location near a mall. Overall nice experience, but you have to remind cleaning staff to add more toilet paper if needed. Be aware that there will be waiting time at the elevators, as it’s quite a tall building. The views on the higher floors are stunning. We recommend this hotel for visiting things in central Jakarta.

Pertama-tama, saya menyukai tempat ini; sangat menenangkan. Namun, kunjungan terakhir saya pada tanggal 16 Januari 2026 sangat mengecewakan. Saya menemukan kecoa di kamar tidur saya dan menghubungi bagian perawatan. Mereka datang dengan cepat dan menyemprot tempat itu dengan insektisida, dan saya merasa lega. Tetapi ketika malam tiba dan saya pergi tidur, saya terbangun dengan perasaan kesal karena ada gerakan di dalam pakaian saya. Saya juga menemukan kecoa di tempat tidur saya—sesuatu yang menjijikkan dan mengerikan.

I stayed about 26 days with my family, location of suit is very excellent, front desk all staff very cooperative and helpful , Ms. Karina, Ms. Desy all found very kind and helpful. I my stay was very good. However, some for food I request to mention name in English with Indonesian language for foreigner understanding. I recommend to stay this location again.

Nice semi apartment with spacious room, they have big swimming pool and kids playground. Will definitely come back with big family. Also the staff are very helpfull and friendly.
