Staff very polite and helpful

When we checked in.. there's no mattress in the other room (i reserve for 1 unit with 2 bedroom).. need half an hour for the room attendant setting up but no pillows until night... there's no signal on smart TV.. even we called technician to fix it.. but until we checked out .. tv never fixed.. lift only 3 and small only 10 people fit in.. have to wait long until we get in.. very old furniture.. need refurbished.. for 4 star hotel.. I will gave 1 star for our bad experience

Delivery of the towels are always late and by request. Telephone line does not work during the whole stay, however it was good to have the WA

My wife and I stayed here for a week mid December. Like most of the major hotels in Jakarta, this one has been given a very strong Christmas theme. We had a three bedroom apartment on the 56th floor. For the price we paid this was a lot of space and overall we had pretty good value. Most of the staff were very pleasant and sincerely helpful. For us on this high floor, the worst aspect was getting to and from the room. The lifts were completely inadequate. We always had to wait a long time and I think the longest wait was about 20 minutes!

This hotel is really comfortable and the staff service is great. The price is super affordable and the facilities are complete. The food here is also really good. Thanks to one of the staff members, Putri Soraya, who helped me during my stay. I think I’ll be coming here more often.

I only stayed for one night, from November 30 to December 1, 2025. Check-in was super easy — probably because it wasn’t holiday season, so the place wasn’t crowded. The hotel only had two elevators working (plus one service elevator), but since there weren’t many guests around, I didn’t mind waiting about five minutes each time. I booked a one-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. My first thought when I walked in was, wow, this place is huge! Definitely a plus. But then I noticed the hotel felt a bit old and worn out. It wasn’t dirty, but some areas had strange smells — the laundry room and what looked like an office space smelled pretty bad, almost like urine. My tip: keep those doors shut tight so the smell doesn’t drift out. Luckily, the living room, kitchen, and bedroom were fine, except for a faint “old carpet” smell. The apartment itself came fully furnished. There was a kitchen setup, though the stove couldn’t be used since it wasn’t connected to gas. The fridge worked but looked ancient, and there was a microwave, coffee and tea set, and a small dining table. The living room was spacious, with two sofas, a coffee table, a big mirror (which I loved), and a smart TV where you could stream Netflix, YouTube, or Disney+ if you had an account. There was even a balcony, but it was locked, so no luck enjoying that. There were two bathrooms. The smaller one outside the bedroom had just a shower, but the door was broken and wouldn’t close. The bigger bathroom inside the bedroom had a bathtub — nice touch — but again, the door couldn’t be locked. At least the hot water worked well, and the hotel provided basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes. One plus point it has hair dryer. The bedroom itself had a queen-size bed, but no TV. Breakfast was served on the second floor, and it was actually pretty good. They had a mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a coffee machine for espresso drinks and regular brewed coffee. The facilities were decent too. There was a shared pool (also used by the condo residents), a café by the pool, and a small gym with a squash court. They have outdoor tennis court also. The location was excellent — right next to Plaza Semanggi (a now refurbished shopping mall - very good selection of stores and food!), close to business areas, and surrounded by street food stalls. Inside the hotel, there were two minimarkets: Family Mart and another local one named food mart. All in all, it was a good stay for the price. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, but you do have to accept that the place feels a bit worn and could use some maintenance.
