I was spending my holiday here solo so i lil bit confused and Raya from the restaurant was very helpful and polite! she helped me with smile and doesn’t feel bothered anyway. thankyou so much raya! definetly would comeback!

The location was where i wanted to be.

I arrived at the Hotel at about 7pm and finally at 11pm after seeing 7 or 8 rooms and changing rooms 4 times, I found a room that my wife and I were just about happy to stay at. I contacted both the hotel and booking.com about this on the first night and received no suitable response from either. The rooms were dirty, marks everywhere, iron burns. All walls needed to be painted, the air cons had not been serviced regularly, lights didnt work, bulbs were missing and batteries welded to non-functioning remote controls. If it was not so bad, it might have been funny.

The room so spacious very good for big family, the service is excellent, staff so nice, the breakfast food also have a good taste and many variations.

Besttt hospitality and great location. Super close to everywhere. And get breakfast with best capucino by mas ridho. Thankyouu

Loved my stay here! The hotel is in a strategic location, just a short walk to the mall and public transport. My room on the 52nd floor was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Pak Sandi, and Ibu Karin for their kind assistance. Would definitely love to come back

The check in process was good, and the receptionist was nice and helpful. The location was great because it is close to the central of Jakarta.

There are lots of things that could be better. The whole room really need a refurbishment. The lift definitely needs to be replaced because it was rather dangerous. The whole restaurant needs to be fix from staff, food quality and the whole look of restaurant.
