Close to the centre and super markets. Friendly staff with prompt attention to complaints. Good security services. Had a good breakfast buffet with a good spread of tasty food

Old and dilapidated. One bathroom needs to be refurbished. Electrical system was old and light of the Second Barth room had to be repaired twice.

Air conditioning at room 5101 didn't work that good they said

We choose the hotel because we had a great stay there a number of years ago when we were in Jakarta. Big mistake. The hotel has deteriorated a lot since we were last there, other than a coat of paint i don't think they have made any upgrades. But the biggest issue came when we complained about the state ot our room, dirty, burn marks and stains on the carpet and curtains, bugs in the room as well as issues with the water and washing machine. So we tried the laundry service they offered because thecwashing machine flooded the room when we tried to use it. For a single load not big of laundry they charged us over $45 Canadian. Then after complaining about the issues they offered to reimburse us fo the fee for the laundry abd revered the charge. Rhe following day they came tonus and said they could only give a small discount on the laundry abd charged us again.then offered us a free night stay which they new wouldn't be able tbuse as we are not from the country abd had our travel plans already booked.folloeing that they offered us a free meal and when we asked if we could have our meal in our room we were assured that could be done. When we went to get the meal were then told no we could not take it to our room but would have to eat at the buffet, no other option. We left the meal and went out of the hotel for food. Finally the managment offered free ride to the airport which we did take. The management made the whole situation even worse that it was. Avoid this hotel

Our room was very dirty, asked for a New room. Only improved a little. Balcony door opened badly, toilet did not flush well had to call 5 different times before it got fixed.

Disappointed to stay here, I left the hotel room empty just to go to the pool area at 10.30am - 12.10pm and at that time my room was cleaned by housekeeping. I realized around 3pm that I had lost my money that was in the bag in the room. When I checked my sister's money, it turned out that her money was missing too (in different places). I immediately contacted the hotel, when checked on CCTV housekeeping was right to enter the room around 11 am (empty room) to clean the room. In the hotel's internal inspection process, we were not involved at all, only given the results of the investigation. After the investigation, no one admitted it and the hotel only apologized without any solution to return the money. Hopefully something like this doesn't happen to you.

I had a bad experience staying at Aryaduta Semanggi, as I lost money in two different bags with different amounts. I hope the integrity of all employees is improved immediately, as honesty in work is important. I will never stay at this hotel again. I left my hotel room empty and went to the swimming pool from 10:30 AM to 12:10 PM. During this time, housekeeping entered the room to clean it. Around 3 PM, I realized that I had lost money that was in my bag in the room. Upon checking, I discovered that my relative’s money was also missing from different places. I immediately contacted the hotel, and after reviewing the CCTV footage, it was confirmed that the housekeeping staff entered my room around 11 AM to clean it, when the room was empty. However, throughout the hotel’s internal investigation, we were not involved in any way and were only given the results of their findings. After the investigation, no one admitted to taking the money, and the hotel simply offered an apology without providing any solution or compensation. I sincerely hope that no one else has to experience such an unfortunate incident.

A second time visit after May 2023. So happy to finally entered the newly renovated lobby.. fresh and minimalist. Every time I was in my room, I always wished I could stay longer as I enjoy led the spacious living room, dining and kitchen area. Not to mention a great service area for those who stayed longer. Cleanliness was better than my last visit. No issue on toilet flush either. So happy. Porta Venezia Restaurant still served a good presentation and tasty buffet and I enjoyed my Buka Puasa and Sahur. Desti and Guntur at the Porta brought happiness during my meals. Thanks also to Front Office team whom consistently friendly, warm and welcoming including security team (good grooming and polite). I look forward to returning to this property with family at our fav 3 bedroom unit.
