I liked the location, and the price.

Key cards don't allow access to the hotel through side or back entrances, told that owners knew of this issue. Employees propped outside doors open with towels. The only entrance available is the main entrance. At times, key cards don't allow you access to your room and have be reprogrammed to the room. Key cards also don't allow access to pool area, had to get an employee to find maintenance to get a key card that would access it. The smell of pot is very strong at times in areas of the 3rd floor and elevator. Says breakfast is served 7-10, 8am food is gone and not being refilled, very few offerings available. Never received extra blankets that were requested and were told they would be delivered once they came out of the dryer. Rented a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, pull out sofa was broken and not able to be used.

The pool was great and the free breakfast was ok. The staff was pleasant.

Robin was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had something to eat before going to the airport.

Staff was not very attentive-often no one was at the front desk and the young girl who was there seemed very overwhelmed.
