Nothing was liked about this entire stay!

When booking my payment was not suppose to be taken until arriving to check in. The hotel took my payment at 12:30 AM the morning before I checked in! When arriving to check in we were asked if we wanted a queen room instead of a king room after we PAID for a king! When saying no the staff was very rude and insisted we take a queen. We stated no as they took payment for the king and would not refund! Finally after getting what we paid for the rooms were trashy, doors hardly latched, latches moved and were not secure to the wall loose screws hanging out of the wall, refrigerator did not even work puddle of water behind it on the floor, microwave took forever to heat up, large amounts of dust and blown bulbs in the room, only had 2 towels nothing else. Shower was dirty and when using the water came out of both the shower head and facet at the same time. When going down for breakfast machines were broke and out of order, no staff around for service and or assistance, bananas were brown and no other foods available mind you breakfast was also PAID for! When checking out the pool area the pool was green and had stuff floating in it but was open. We left the hotel and when checking out no one was available to even check out with. We will NEVER return! Very disappointed in this hotel.

Well the pool was closed plus the phone in room didn't work also the TV didn't work in room tub handle was broken but still work just had to mess with it.... not a plesent stay and would like a refund

We stayed at the hotel the 17th thru the 20th of October. I called the hotel Friday afternoon to ask a question and nobody answered the phone. I watched the front desk girl working on Saturday not answer the phone after it rang and rang and rang. Now I know why it wasn't answered when I called on Friday. I took my grandkids when down for breakfast at 8:00 a.m on Saturday and all of the bacon, eggs and milk for cereal were gone . There was not ANY COFFEE at all! and the de-calf was ice cold. I asked the front desk girl to make coffee. It was so weak that you could see thru it AND it was not hot!!!! I watched the rest of the hotel guests looking for food but there wasn't any. It was the same Sunday morning. I took my grandkids for a swim Friday night after we got there and I told them that we would go swimming the next day. I found out that the pool was checked Saturday morning and the the pool pump wasn"t working!! YUK! The machines in the exercise room didn't work. Both of the computers in the lobby were out of service. The couch and floors in my room were FILTHY! I asked to have our room cleaned on Saturday and twice on Sunday. Guess what? I never happened. There was dirt all over the floors in the ice room and the laundry room. There wasn't any one at the desk Saturday night or anywhere else in the building We called out and looked everywhere. I called the police because I thought something happened to the person in charge. When he finally showed up he said the he was on break. There wasn't anyone to take over when he took it. I could go on and on but I think that everyone has a good idea that this isn't a good place to stay.

Dirty, tub didn’t work. Pool open only 2 of 4 nights. Garbage In the room when I checked in. Garbage sat in hall for days. No towels at pool

Location was great

The property was dirty. There was a grease like substance all over door knobs,the outside of our door, the phone and much more. The pull out bed was covered in food. We were expecting to see bugs. Did see a few flea. It was one of the most in clean/ kept properties I have ever been too. Breakfast was none existent. There was no coffee one morning. There was a jug out and when another guess went to get what she thought was coffee it was some syrupy substance instead. Asked front desk about it. She seemed shocked and just said that there wasn’t coffee. There was no juice, no silverware. It was just horrible. The whole vibe at the property was just odd. And not like any other place I have ever stayed at. I would highly advise not staying here. Yes it is cheap but even then it isn’t worth it.

We couldn’t shower… room was not cleaned … hair and mold in the shower … coffee maker still and used coffee in it…when I was given my key , I went to the room and it was opened .. I walked in slowly and checked room , no one was in it so I closed the door, no safety lock but I locked the door . A few minutes later the door opened . It was maintenance . I was scared that he could come in at any moment because there was no safety lock . Hockey tournament there as well.. kids playing and screaming while parents drank in the lobby … clerk at desk in back room
