The staff were amazing!

It seemed dingy and dirty. The pull out sofa was so disgusting, it can't even be considered a mattress. It was springs with a cover. The staff brought extra comforters to help the comfort. The shower didn't drain.

It was very expensive due to the fact that it was parents weekend for SU. We weren't there for that but still paid a higher rate. There were no towels to be had. We were given one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth for 3 people. I went down to ask and was told there were none to check back after housekeeping arrives in the am. checked again 830am and still no towels. Had to shower at a friend's house. Had a king size bed and pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was dirty and springs really bad. unusable. Borrowed an air mattress from a friend. Totally disappointed in what we got for what we paid. Truly feel I'm owed a refund.
