The location was good for us and the bed was comfortable

The room could use some cleaning. The hair dryer was missing and I asked twice and was told they couldn’t give us one but maintenance would have to install one, never happened. The stopper in the sink was broken but I found the parts and fixed it myself.

Disgusting impression of the service offered

On March 15, 2026, when I checked into my room, I discovered it was uncleaned, with signs of human presence everywhere, and the bed hadn't been made with clean sheets at all, clearly indicating two people had slept there (there's a photo). I immediately canceled my reservation and received a refund. Today is April 1st, and the refund hasn't been processed. I sent two emails to the hotel but haven't received a response. I paid almost $200 for the night and the hot showers was not working. I called the front desk. They came and fix it in an hour and the water was overflowing from the shower room so overall it was it was OK.

No towels in room when we arrived no towels in the pool area wouldnt even let my kids sleep on the pull out bed it was so uncomfortable...severly understaffed they were polite and did there best but was definitely not worth the price for the room I have stayed at cheaper hotels with better accommodations that were more comfortable and cleaner breakfasts was sub par
