Hotel Cervantes

Que está muy bonito el hotel y su personal es muy amable solo que está muy sucio y huele a humedad

La ubicacion centrica me gusta, En esta ocacion tocaron muchos huespedes irrespetuosos haviendo mucho ruido en toda la noche, quiza seria necesario poner anuncios de guardar silencio Baños toallas y pisos en mal estado, falta mantenimiento

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cervantes in Guadalajara, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured my check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is located in a prime spot, perfect for exploring the vibrant culture and history of Guadalajara, with many attractions just a short walk or drive away. The room I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. It had a cozy, classic Mexican charm while offering modern amenities such as a well-stocked minibar, fast Wi-Fi, and a powerful air conditioning system. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing.

Very nice hotel to stay.

Location. Near to shops, restaurants and city center. Our rooms were available early and we were able to do an early check in!! Thank you!!

Some elements of the hotel need to be removed or upgraded. The lobby for example has chairs that date to the 1970s. Some of the towels and sheets appeared worn. The rooftop terrace is spectacular but underutilized. Should have a bar or small bistro serving light meals from the restaurant.

Great location.

The drains need major flushing. Odd order which requires a plastic cover. It helps but doesn’t fix the issue.

Almohadas horribles y viejas, habitación descuidada y vieja

El colchón y las almohadas como si fuera hotel de paso, está horrible

En general muy bien, solo mucho ruido.
