Buena atención.

El hotel le falta muchísima atención en cuanto ala limpieza y más de los baños ,se sabe que el hotel es viejito pero las puertas están quebradas el aire acondicionadono tiene señalamientos , punto bueno q te ponen papel un shampoo 2 botellas de agua y jabón,de las chicas de recepción y el señor del estacionamiento y la cajera del restaurante buena atención pero en el área del restauran el mesero que nos atendió su atencion en caunto a respuestas no fueron las correctas la comida en caunto a porciones y precios esta bien pero en cuanto a sabor le falta sazón ,en el área de alberca solo hay 2 sillas no sirven 2 focos y también mucha falta de limpieza a profundidad,nosotros lo escogimos solo por q estaba cercas del centro y prácticamente solo llegamos a dormir pero si deja mucho q desear la limpieza del hotel y es una lastima por q en las instalaciones se ve q fue un hotel bonito y centrico

Love this place

The Hotel is being slowly remodeled, the room I got was not good, very rundown honestly. I chose the hotel for the location, and because it was a last minute situation, I had a layover of 9 hours. I'm not sure the entire hotel has the same rundown rooms, I got the room thru expedia and I'm not sure if I was given that one because of the price expedia offered.

Nice place

The hotel was run down and not maintained well. The laminate floor looked like water had flooded it and the floor boards were not replaced. The area around had a lot of night clubs and it was noisy at night and early morning. The staff was rude and so was the restaurant staff. The towels were dingy and had holes in them. The pillows felt like they were balls. Overall we had a bad experience.

Location is great as it's walking distance to most tourist sites. However internet is plain awful and bathroom needs an update. Found a cockroach. Also the cleaners were too loud creating a commotion in hallways. But I should add the food is excellent and so are the waiters. If location is your top priority then stay here. I also liked the size of room as it was quite wide

the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was difficult to get in and out, no shower matt provided, no hair dryer, AC not working in our room 308

Hotel staff were very professional and exceeded expectations. They were very knowledgeable about what there was to do and where things were in the area. It is sad to say that the hotel is in need of a renovation, water spots in the ceiling in the bathroom, messed up creaking room floors but besides some renovations that are desperately needed, hotel was great over all, especially for the price. Will return again. Forgot to mention, great in hotel restaurant with awesome plates to chose from!!!
