Awesome beach access. Clean outside grounds. Room wasn't absolutely spotless but fine for sleeping and showering. Kitchen had all the necessities. No AC but managed without. Great for the price.

Just like other reviews say there is no air conditioning, and yes the property is older. The property is clean and well maintained. We had a 2 bdrm unit facing the ocean which worked great for our family. No ac wasn’t a problem for us. There is always a nice breeze blowing through. If your expecting new then book elsewhere. We would definitely stay there again.

We had best time in Maui. The Sands of Kahana had everything we needed only one down side was pool was closed on our last day
