"Nice Hotel, SLIGHTLY out of the way (but worth it)"

Great hotel with excellent staff, but just a LITTLE bit out of the way from everything else; thats aid, they have a free shuttle that takes you to the beach or market. Enjoyed our stay and may come back!

"No swimming pool; false advertising"

Although the accommodations were adequate, my daughter and I were taken back quite a bit by the lack of attentiveness of the staff to correct the miscommunication about having a pool on site as indicated in the website. Are stay together was to celebrate a special occasion and included our desire to go swimming together at the hotel. When asked to help us find another place that has a swimming pool that we could use since it was their mistake, the staff did very little to offer any assistance and locating a nearby swimming pool and told us we would have to pay a lot of money to use the swimming pool at another hotel that was located very far from this hotel. This was very upsetting for us and we will NEVER recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

"Nice budget city hotel"

Close to market not by the beach but have shuttle service many time. Nothing special but everything is ok for spend a night in Hauhin.

"Excellent"

Overall a very pleasant stay. I found the mattress a little too firm for my liking and management wanted to charge for an extra blanket, Staff were excellent.

"Great hotel."

Stayed there before, will stay again. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Location is 10 min walk to the night market, 15 min to the beach. There is a laundry shop just down and across the street. There is free shuttle to the beach and market, but sometimes they don't go when the sign says. Sign says there is a shuttle at 9pm but it's not from the hotel, lol, it's TO THE HOTEL. Confusing, but who cares, just walk.

"poor service"

Service was very poor- front desk staff was rather rude and unhelpful. Reservation was made for two rooms each with 2/adults and one child but only two single beds were given- and on separate floors when reservation requested adjacent rooms. Front desk insisted on addtl paymeny of 800 baht for sufficient bedding.
