The actual hotel is very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The room was great, we had a room with a living area and kitchenette - one of us slept on the sofa instead of the rollaway bed! We all agreed that it would be an awesome apartment to live in. The view from the top of the building on the fifth floor is awesome! The breakfast is incredibly lackluster - fried eggs, toast, strange ham, and fried rice. The internet is really atrocious! They have a strange system of usernames and passwords that expire after 24 hours, which you get on pre-printed slips of paper. Many of these don't work, so you need to get more and some expire before 24 hours. The four of us in our room probably went through 30 of these slips of paper in two days. If you are logging in on a mobile device (phone, tablet) it works better if you open your browser first and attempt to go to a website and then log in - don't click on the alert telling you to log in. The staff are polite, but very out of it. When I arrived at the hotel and told them my name they seemed so confused, and didn't know the details of my booking. Finally they took us to our room and it took about five minutes for the key to unlock the door. I was disappointed not to have a pool at the hotel and be so far away from the beach. If you are just passing through and want a clean, affordable place to stay, then I would recommend this place. If you are going to Hua Hin for a relaxing vacation I would not recommend it at all.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Hua Hin main shops,but if you like a walk and a more local feel then this is a good place.The room I had on one side of the hotel was noisy sometimes,as there are some noisy dogs and a cockerel living across the street,though it's no fault of the hotel of course. There are enough nearby shops and places to eat without walking far,Tesco and 7-11 are very close. The room was always clean,but I had to ask for the bedding to be changed,otherwise sound. The staff were friendly,helpful and polite and welcoming. I would say this hotel is definitely good value for money.

Noisy room, noisy neighbors and dogs (4 of them) next door. Check if the shuttle to the city centre is available for free. People at the front desk do not understand basic english. Total lack of comfort. Low price is high enough for the service they provide.

Location is far from the beach, train station and night market but they do run a scheduled free shuttle service. The shuttles are not that frequent. Room is clean, but has strong detergent or cleaning chemical smell. Therefore, I tried to minimize my time in the room. The room is still a place that I can sleep well, so no more complaint. It is reasonably priced. Safety is good, even walking at midnight is fine.

Another best choice for staying at Hua Hin. Cleanliness, Worth to pay, standard breakfast buffet, all standard accessories are there

Very helpful kind staff. Very entertaining to sit outside and watch the world pass by. Maybe 1.5 miles to beach 1 mile to the night market that apparently stays open until dawn. The cleaned every spot of this hotel.

Some distance from the night action and beach. But the hotel has a free shuttle for drop off and pick up from popular locations at scheduled times which makes it all do able.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. Initially I had booked this hotel for three days and added an additional 4. I had wanted to stay in a area out side the business and traffic in Hua Him. The staff were attentive, rooms clean, the surrounding were more native and natural to the area, accessibility to markets were in walking distance. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Although we experience some language barriers there where no significant problems. I travelled with my 28 yr. old daughter, she described it has a wonderful experience. Alongside, I felt the ambiance provided an ease with other foreign tourist.
