Great location, wonderful and helpful staff; a really great place to stay!

Average hostel experience with superb location, just right at the city centre. Staffs are (a bit) above average. The room does not have enough electrical socket for every bed. Bathrooms were just an-ok. Still, very cheap price. You need to walk up the stairs for 2 more floors to get to the reception though.

The stairs up to the hostel are dangerous. The duvets are extremely dirty and stained. Lights leading to top floor don't work so dangerous at nighttime. Staff are extremely friendly. The main floor has been modernised but top floor needs drastic work. Room had no drawers or wardrobes to put clothes away. No blinds or curtains on the windows and room wasn't cleaned the whole week we were their. Location is perfect. If maintainance was carried out and new duvets were put in rooms it would be a nice place to stay

中央広場に面しているので立地がとても良いです。シャワー、トイレはドミトリーの中とは別の所にありましたが悪くはなかったです。あとはWi-Fiが部屋でも使えたら便利でした。

Personale disponibile e cortese, buona colazione e bella sala comune con due postazioni internet sempre disponibili, bagni non ottimi ma puliti, posto letto in dormitorio in camera un poco troppo piccola e con cassetti con serrature e letti non in stato ottimale, posizione della struttura ottima al centro della piazza principale di Cracovia.

recent gerenoveerd hotel is in een oud gebouw,met hoge plafons en er is geen lift.Badkamers zijn prive,maar niet bij de kamers.Ze zijn echter schoon en in goede staat.De kamers alleen voor het slapen prima,verder niks bijzonders.(oude versleten dekens en gaten in lakens helaas,maar schoon).Er is een ontbijt vanaf 07 tot 11,maar hoe later je komt hoe minder is over.Er is geen koffie bij het ontbijt.2 Keukens ingericht met kookapparatuur,toaster,magnetron,koelkast,borden en bestek.. Wifi werkte niet op onze verschillende apparaten,ongeacht sterk signaal en het was niet opgelost.Maar er waren wel pc's beschikbaar.Kortom:voor deze prijs en de geweldige ligging van het hotel zeker moeite waard.Iets voor iets.
