Very friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms and cold a/c in the rooms

The halls were very hot as if the air was broken. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. Aside from the cleanliness which was exceptional my lasting impression was William the receptionist. William was so kind and welcoming and displayed excellent customer service, which isn’t seen much today!

Absolutely nothing to dislike our stay was very pleasant.

I had a horrible stay In Waco and didn’t want to get ANY hotel after the experience!! Katie and Nicole changed all of that!!! Our room was super clean and smelled very very fresh and the towel were clean!!! The breakfast was good and hot and the sheets were soft!!! I’ll most definitely be stay every time I’m in the city it’s located in the middle of everything and the staff is nice and friendly!!! Who ever hired these to women hats off to you they deserve respect and recognition and I hope they see this!!! Thank you for the welcomed stay!!!!
